One can be forgiven for wonderng if there are finger prints of FMG's large and powerful rivals all over this relentless witch hunt. An ever expanding Pilbara 3rd force with it's own railroad and port sure is a thorn in the side (especially so now that Solomon is looking no less than the largest of mines ever mined in the Pilbara).
Rather than splitting hairs over ancient trivial events, if ASIC is doing its job, it should at least investigate the circumstances behind the current UMC board uanimously endorsement of the basement bargain charity fire sale to BHP at a massive discount to RIO's valuation of UMC.
