Johannlo, by stating that Forrest was let off, your statetment inferred a degree of guilt and wrong doing. He was found not guilty of the civil charges against him. HE WAS NOT LET OFF! There is a critical and fundamental difference.
It look and sound like a witch hunt under the previous chair who incidentally did let off a prominent businessman who looked very guilty if prima fascie case presented by the media at the time had any degree of accuracy.
One would have thought ASIC under the current chairman would have known better rather than have this huge waste of resources.
