oh I def agree frank. ASIC are toothless as any hotcopperite, heck, any small investor who keeps one eye open would realise.
thanks for your opinion, I thought that most people were like me assuming twiggy would be let off.
After this, the one-tel debacle (after HOW many years they go after one tel then stuff it up to boot?) now all the talk about moving regulatory functions away from ASX (as it bloody well should: CONFLICT OF INTEREST ANYBODY) it does not engender much confidence in ASIC to see this kind of mucking around does it?
As twiggy's QC said, name one investor who wants twiggy in the dock. that should be the be all and end all really
