Who didnt bother to consult with the miners ahead of announcing this crazy new tax/
Who has stated that the 40% is NOT negotiable?
Who has stated that the Bond rate is not negotiable as the hurdle?
Who has been blasting the mining companies under parliamentary privilege?
Who misled the public by stating that miners only paid 13% tax?
Then its the state of WA that say they may challenge the tax. And why not? The mining rights belong to the states.
Those rights dont belong to the FEDS. No wonder there will be a High court challenge when someone trys to steal your rights!
