Plans are approved though been focusing on the new place.
Bought a house on 2 titles that was opened up an converted to single house. Spent the last 6 weeks returning it back to 2 houses.
Living in one and renting one out. 2 houses, 2 mortgages 2 rates. The structuring is beautiful for placing debt and placing equity.
Now this is up and running I will return to the old house and get it ready for spring. Then I will take it easy in summer and sit in my counting room!!
