Technically, yes, but I believe on relatively low volume not much of an indicator of anything, in either case. And with it only being formed as a result of the delightful closing auction, I believe it should be dismissed for the most part. I read general market indecision into today's buying (and selling) action, and probably largely due to upcoming announcements.
