I do not know too much about commercial arrangements for these sort of products, but I do know that SLT numbers are based on receiving a net US $1 per kit, where sale price is expected to be US $20. This assumes that SLT will simply get a license fee per kit sold, but will not pay for any marketing, manufacturing or distribution costs. Hence the SLT cost base will be very low.

That would be great if CST could sell that many with such a high net profit margin. Can you explain how you understand the commercial arrangements will work?

Also, there are 90m shares on issue. What is the total of the dilution factor - options, expected raisings?
