fort peck reservation

Here is some information regarding the Fort Peck Reservation which i found to be very interesting and informative.

It gives you a background about the reservation and a Geologic overview regarding the Conventional and unconventional plays.

Fort Peck has its lease sale twice a year, every 2nd Thursday in March and September, ( I wonder if TB had a look)


Fort Peck Oil and Gas Lease Sales

"Sale dates are set in accordance with Fort Peck Tribal Resolution #474-86-1
passed by the Fort Peck Tribal Executive Board. The Oil and Gas sales are
conducted the second Thursday in March and the second Thursday in September
of each year, with a minimum of forty-five (45) day advertisement."


It also takes a look at the Red River Conventional play which I believe could have a lot of upside potential in Roosevelt. These areas would be located by 3 D Seismic, so it will be interesting to see when this will happen.
