    Nope, it doesn't say that at all.
    Settle down, and take your meds.

    However, there is potential for ANS and our Chinese partners to get involved, especially with the Chinese on the Sinosteel side of this MOU with FMG.

    Perhaps ANS & Bestway could be involved in partially funding such a project?

    No point second guessing, but the thought of finally unlocking the Mid West is exciting.
