C'mon fellas! 120 days? I'm assuming that NWH was happy to extend terms until FMG pulled the rug out on the Cloudbreak to Christmas Creek Rail Line. After that I guess it was "show me the money" time.
Hopefully if it was NWH and they have bailed straight away to get hands on the cash.
