There is a commitment well due by end of year but they have another suspension and extension submitted. They also have all kinds of funding and registry shenanigans. They're a peculiar company at the moment. It's entirely possible they get something happening, we've seen it with KEY, but equally possible they sit on it buying back shares for another year.
