No force Majeur here mate. Already seen Mittal the rich indian payout a shipowner tens of millions millions of bucks for cancelling iron ore shipping contracts.
FMG would need to delcare force majeur against the chinese and the asx announcement mentions nothing of the sort.
This will playout....mark my words.
