Google 'Fortress Capital Coal' and you will see dozens of results regarding them partnering up with various other companies with coal assets.
They have successfully converted coal assets into solar farms in the past and are rapidly expanding throughout the globe. This must be profitable for them.
Seems like they are doing the same with $AUH
They also provide companies with extensive line of credit so funding risk is negated with the partnership.
