There is no law to say that an announcement should be done in the last minutes. Management, should inform market as soon as material factor is known to avoid insider trading. The market has been waiting for the material announcement on the acquisition of Delfin. To date management has kept the market guessing and has also prolonged on the finalisation of the deal. Again, quarterly report mentioned that work has commenced on Berlinka Creek. The market is kept in the dark whether drilling has commenced and what is the major target, ot the commodities targeted. What is the schedule? Shareholders should not have to put up with such incompetence. I would suggest that we would call an EGM to change the directors if this continues. Time Shareholders have their say , as we no longer like to put up with the nonsense shown by the current management.
