Hi@chuck58- I am almost certain the new shares will be .20 cent fully paid shares and at a guess and based on the value of the N.S.W. ground asset value by Heron pre the Ardea spin out, my guess would be that Ardea holders could receive anything between 1 free f.p. share (in the new entity) for every 3 or 4 or 5 Ardea shares held on a date to be determined.
It would be great if we were to receive 1 for 4 as that would be the equivalent of .05 cents dividend.
We wait and see but in any case, many more reasons than just one as to why we want to hold.
