    So we are all happy little vegemites, the board are doing a great job, we are doing all the work to get this to commercialisations and then......BANG!!!!!!!!

    Also they fact that the at the time current MOU partners were left in the dark won't have had to good a look on the company.
    So yes behind share holders backs..................

    And I seriously have no idea why I even entertain some posters, as one of the RM group, I am still here and still proud at what we achieved but as it is only 3 1/2 weeks since the spill the new board (and it is getting even more apparent that it is only the 2 of 3 of them) need time to firstly, I'd say get an idea on what was/is happening behind the scenes of BGS, re-establish talks with current MOU's, meet and greet whoever will benefit BGS, and as per the announcement take stock of the current expertise we have versus what is needed going forward, etc.
    Kevin Joyce has a lot of $ invested in BGS, no denying that at all, how much of that did he actually buy from his pants pockets? versus being awarded performance shares / performance rights / bonuses / options ?? for doing his job!! but I do recall recently he did exercise some options but it was at the expense of him selling some of his shares on market into the buy side, so he sorted paid for some...................
    Although he has contributed during Rights Issues, not sure and I really couldn't be bothered to go through all the company announcements to determine how many times he did, so yes he does have a fair amount of skin in the game via the amount of shares / options / performance rights he owns, so I wouldn't think that it is fair that anyone could blame Kevin directly for anything the share price is doing but then there is the indirect affect Kevin just might be having on the share price, its called leadership, and as a well paid managing director of an ASX listed company I would expect more from him rather that going missing. An announcement by him welcoming the new board to BGS and thanking the the out going board members wouldn't of been to much to ask of him, and he has done it in the past whereas he originally welcomed WW and HB to BGS re :http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20130201/pdf/42cs8hzjdk0kpm.pdf
    Leadership, strong leadership could increase confidence???
    As Kevin's contract is coming up soon, I guess we will know one way or another what it is to be with him.
    My opinion only...............

    A few things have already been addressed (which were at the share holders beckoning) the Top 20 is now available in the updated BGS web site, communications have improved, but still not ideal with some not answering/returning calls or emails (apparently our email inbox is not manned/monitored but has now been redirected to ML) whereas the new BOD members are very responsive and prompt when questioned.


    There will be a lot of things coming in the next couple of months, and the share price being under pressure was always going to happen, for whatever reason, why or who I have no idea and not even going to try and work out why this resource with the gold option has been valued by the market the way it is.......
    As for Randgold, I couldn't see any reason why they wouldn't be taking up the option, (also consider that they have appeared to have abandoned the Doomba satellite deposit) and I too would actually like to see some drilling results / and resource estimates from "their" drilling campaigns.
    As Anzac day has little bearing on Randgold, I can't see any announcement made in regards to them taking up their option until after the Anzac day public holiday.

    Slight concern that the metallurgical test work results were due 1st quarter though and still yet to be sighted, but all the above Rooboy makes it exciting, but not as much as a permit will...............
