If the investor briefing doesnt achieve anything, and you still think that RJ shouldn't be a director, you might want to go public by using a current affairs program on TV, they tend to like a director/shareholder spat, that could put a bit more pressure on him to resign. By putting up the facts on the program, he would have to reply in front of the camera.
