Hi all, is there any reason why we can't look at the investor briefing as a positive? Although I believe HC is a little bit insular at times (there are other sites) it may be that our sentiment has been heeded. A briefing may provide an opportunity to field questions which will be answered as it suits management. If you forge ahead with EGM (and I wish you all the best), you will still need the majority vote at the meeting to effect any change to the current structure of the organisation. Am I correct in assuming that 51% of the vote (total share holdings) would be required to effect such change? Are votes at these types of meetings structured differently? Surely this briefing should be seen as a considered response by the company in relation to general concerns raised by shareholders on this site or others. Other than that, I reckon we are doing alright ATM SP wise with all things considered, little bit of false stuff but generally well held. Regards Chrisso.
