Now worries Mav, understood, but my main question has always been, 'Once you are at the egm and you are not satisfied with answers given by management. How will you you then arrange your vote to succeed?'. You will need either guaranteed majority support at that meeting either by attendance or proxy. You will have to show your hand prior to EGM. This can't be a mutiny, you will be bound by the same rules as an ordinary meeting. I may well be ignorant but does the voting strategy change at an egm? I agree, the vox pop must be heard and considered but I must be missing something re the coercive power of the egm. Regards Chris
