Prupac Very good work and thanks for passing this along.The problem that i now see is that unless you have a lazy $10k lying around existing shareholders are going to be further diluted as a result of SPP terms.You have provided more information in this post than was in the prospectus and in particular in relation to further investments in SAY.I still feel the discount to thee current share price is not sufficient to make me put more money into SBN at this point.
