anyone notice CWE announcement yesterday regarding the $21M loan facility from CBA. As my previous post mentioned CBA are wanting to be a "green" lender.
I would think a commercial deal would go a very long way to securing a similar loan facility and all of a sudden cash flow is no problem and the funding of it via equity (CR) or debt is predominantly the latter.
