Director funding by way of interest free loans to the company by non executive directors.
Enerji Ltd (ASX:ERJ) (‘Enerji’ or the ‘Company’) advises that two non-executive directors, Mr Rod Philips and Mr John Dekker, have each provided loan funding of $50,000 to the Company to provide for sufficient flexibility to finalise certain fund raising initiatives currently being considered.
The loans are interest free with no set date for repayment.
