    ==========================================================

    Hi Guys,

    I hope you all had a great Xmas?

    Spent some time reading through all the latest news and posts this morning.

    IMO a few guys on here have over stepped the mark with reference to co founders Frank Cannavo and Jitto Arulampalam and their credibilty.

    Lets take a good look at whats happening here. The company has done a great job for all investors in 2011 and all thanks to Frank and Jitto. Im sure a few guys like myself did buy in at levels above $2 and are down. But hey, just look around and see what the SP's of other companies are doing. ( STB, ELM etc) Its a tough share market and things can only get better I feel.

    What us shareholders need to now understand is we need to ensure these 2 world class potash assets in Kaz are fully secured and a JORC is achieved in 2012. This is what will springboard our SP back over $2 and beyond.

    Now did anyone ever sit back and think maybe thats why these board changes have occured? Im sure Jitto will still be very hands on in the background and thats what Im very happy about.

    Also posters on here have asked many questions regarding who these Chinese investors are and now ASIC have asked the same questions. Finally you will all get your answers soon and it will all be behind us.

    These Chinese(Madam Cheung and co.) have so far put all the funds required to get us where we are in Kazakhstan and stand to lose it all if they dont deliver. Im talking $20m plus. I understand why she wants more control.

    Im a shareholder and will remain a supporter of Fortis and Frank and Jitto since I've seen nothing in the past that has casted any doubts otherwise. Frank and Jitto have thought of us shareholders interests and stepped aside so that the company can move forward and maximise the companies valuation and thus we are all rewarded.

    All IMO and I stand to be corrected if and when it ever occurs!
