    i am out as i indicated in my email ... i still think that there is value for a big player sitting on the acreage ... too risky for me but i could see someone paying A$300M (then take off the debt) and get to around 70c per share.

    again - i see value for someone to sit on the Mancos Shale especially ...

    BUT i have sold. disappointing but reality that i cannot risk $$ on this mgt
