Yes - they need shareholder approval to allocate the CVI shares to Fortitude.
As it is an exchange between two companies - and not to the individuals behind the company - the shares that are given to Fortitude will essentially be under the controll of CVI management with our majority stake in the company.
So more dillution, but very positive dillution, without it being placed back onto the market, unless CVI divests our stake in Fortitude that we may well do down the track but that would be for a very significant sum down the track once JORC of Longonjo, CDB et al is completed.
Exciting stuff indeed!
