Fortitudes main asset that they bring to the table has a non-JORC resource of at least 7.1M tonnes of ore at 2.14% copper - not to mention the gold, iron and possibly uranium that go along with this type of mineralisation (IOCG).
With the current price of copper (about US$8170 tonne) this gives the copper resource a valuation of $1.3B.
If you discount the resource as it stands by 90%, you get a valuation of it sitting in the ground of $130M. On top of this, Fortitude now hold Longonjo and others which are also going to be huge.
So - I think we have received a fair discount on the price, plus CVI will be in controll of Fortitude and the shares that they hold.
