Yeah mate ... DM has avoided a CR as he's already mortgaged his house etc. and doesn't want the dilution inherent in a CR that he doesn't have the 'readies' to participate-in.
We're swimming in debt/convertible-notes/covenants etc. and require a seamless run-up to serious production levels just to stay afloat pal ... a broken bearing could (did?) bring the whole pack of cards crashing-down imo.
I always knew this one was a long shot, but I've monitored and admired the guts and energy shown by DM over a considerable period, and can afford to lose the $10K I've put-in ... but although I can 'afford' it ... I'm a long way from liking it!
