Good question Fastha ... it would appear to me that it was a direct communication between goldenfruit and DM (email, phone, text msg whatever) and I wouldn't think such a forthcoming from DM was in breach of ASX guidlines given it does not disclose any sensitive information (and we're in suspension anyway) ... but it is disappointing that we nailbiters on the sidelines weren't granted an official announcement from CDG stating the same (or even a bit more!).
