    I dont know for sure which holder has been selling recently but its rumoured that its a major holder.

    Whoever it is, they have been selling just prior to ECT announcing that they will be drawing from the Fortrend line of credit facility.

    If they know BEFORE the market knows that ECT intends to draw from the Fortrend facility, and they trade with that knowledge, isnt that inside trading?

    This has happened on several occasions in the past 12 months.
