Kos and the board have been very frugal when it comes to fortrend drawdowns.

Certainly many here have noted when and how they have sold down a percentage of their holding in esi.

They hold around 2 and a bit percent of the shares on issue, and in recent months have tended to hold .

They are obviously no benevolent society.

They hold some and trade some.

If their dd suggests there is money to be made in esi, thats not such a bad thing.

You have to be share holder #2 on this register before you hold more than 5% of the shares on issue.

There are no big single holders like some small caps.

Largest holder only holds 7% , is in his 70's and looks to be using his holding as a retirement annuity.
