The company announced that they issued shares at 2.6c for 1.5m dollars to one investor, this does not concern me because we knew they needed to raise capital along the way and they where negotiating this prior to the hype and run up in the price(they wheren't to know) but, have they perhaps agreed to a deal with FORTREND, also negotiated at a much cheaper price and therefore do not want the price to run, otherwise surely it would be in the companies best interest that the higher the price, then the higher the issue price meaning more funds and less dilution.
Any comments?
Again these are simply my thoughts and opinions as always do your own research and make your own decisions.
