    from what I can remember they provided $180 mil in loans from their loan book plus an interest rate of around 11% p.a. (Not 100% on that)

    It's very kind of Fortress to extend the payment date to the settlement of Stella and charge accordingly knowing they will get paid. I bet most of the $50 mil will go back to them for the extension and forbearance.
