I mowed around our citrus on Wednesday and was going to mow under them but couldn't get the hand mower started which made my bad back even worse. So yesterday I thought I'd try the electric whipper snipper to do it and it worked a charm. I thought the grass might be too long but it did a good job for a lightweight machine with a small battery. And the grandson was paying a visit, so he put out some citrus food at the same time. Then it started to rain Softly and carried on through the night which was great. The fruit is small but tasty. They haven't had any attention for a couple of years.
