    Despite much of the negative dispersions about a EFE without considering the positives, I believe we are heading for a change in momentum when facts are considered as opposed to blind following of down rampers the positives clearly suggest positive outlook on the release of Phase 2 results within the coming weeks ECRC029 and ECRC030 and ECRCC031
