The selective capital reduction might actually really happen this time after numerous promises over the 12 months. Basically the majority shareholders are proposing to take out the minority shareholders at 23 cents, although this valuation is a year old and looking at the sales for the two most recent 4C's the valuation I anticipate should be considerably higher. From my understanding the independent directors can/may still recommend the 23 cent valuation on a "fair but not reasonable" basis. A director buying at 19 cents recently indicated value is there. However the share is very illiquid and there is no assurance the selective capital reduction will proceed hence fortune favours the brave.
