Perhaps here lieth the real reasons for the '"behind the scenes" unexpected manoeuvres of MPO with regard to their sudden keeness to inflict MPO stockholders with a (very unpopular with many of the VERY big boys)consolidation - a sort of digging the ground and fertilising it preparation -
