Ordinary the 15% and 10% are reset once (1) per year at the AGM.
Currently LKE is resetting them twice (2) per year at an EGM as well as the AGM.
Subsequently resulting in poor capital raising/CN management and destruction of SH wealth.
Current share on issue: 671.46 million.
The only shareholders not being diluted are the directors, through performance rights (free) and short/long term incentive rights (LTI’s), both free.
These freebies (rights) are in addition to director salary, director’s fees and director’s consulting fees.
Re the latter - consulting fees, $52,000 remains unexplained despite disclosure listing rule stating it must be explained in the Qrtly activities report.
