Yes, I did see the original on ASF (once you pointed us there), and fortunately they had the wisdom to wipe the post and the one that came afterwards that included a complete quote. Ditto on HC. I'm glad the moderators on HC decided to shoot message, not the messenger, as you don't seem the kind of person to dish that kind of muck up yourself.

It should be REALLY interesting to see what appears in the target statement (both the stance taken by FER in regards to the merger, plus the content) and especially interesting to read the independent expert's report.

Red (or others), do you know what kind of information will be contained in the export's report? Would it, for instance, contain cash balances for both companies as at a particular date past what has been reported in ASX releases?

Obviously cash reserves are an issue for both companies (and especially the shareholds and even the media atm, doing a massive amount of guessing!), are we likely to be any the wiser?
