it depends on where the land is and what you pay for it. Tim and GTP bought lesser quality land at $4-6k whereas GNS has higher quality land on the books at an average of around $3k/hectare. Tasmania land is much higher quality due to rainfall and competing interests of the dairy farmers.....cant see too much risk in this. Auspine slightly different story but they had very mature trees which they have been able to sell.
The situation is not fantastis but I think they will survive and that is all they need to do.
