Hey digster. PRR currently have Ord covering the stock. They have produced a number of analyst reports outlining their projections of the SP over the coming years.
Go to the investor relations tab on PRRs website and check out some of the recent reports. The projections factor in many things such as dilution etc and provide estimates for scenarios such as FDA approved, FDA approved and funded to commercialize etc etc.
Just remember that many many things will impact on the SP in the years to come. Lets just hope that PRR management go about things (i.e. commercialising a successful product) in a better way than dendreon.
