In March 2008, Bioglobal commenced trials in China of a bio-chemical product that
protects fruit from moth damage. The first year of the two year trials is expected to be
completed in September 2008 in four provinces: Anhui, Shandong, Henan and
Liaoning.The second year will finish in September 2009, after which it is anticipated
that the product will receive registration as a agricultural chemical.

Cnn's holding in Bioglobal is 27.30% at that date.

K-Mart Trial:
On 20th of March 2009 the Company supplied compostable bags to K-Mart Limited as part of
a trial program in South Australia.
K-Mart is analysing the bags during the trial period and will ultimately decide whether to
replace its existing plastic bags in South Australia.
The Trial is continuing and a decision is expected before the end of the September 2009 quarter.
