And a little bonus, we have three buildings coming online in 2011-2012: 79 rooms in Sydney, 145 in Melbourne and 76 in Redcliffe.
Most noteworthy is the 79 rooms in Sydney, a 12% addition to our Sydney portfolio. Sydney makes up a fair chunk of our profit and Sydney is also projected to have great room rate growth and occupancy growth in 2011.

The Sydney building was originally due in Dec-09 then Dec-10 and now my research indicates "starting November 2010 for a June 2012 completion".
Other than that, we should get an investor presentation this week to break down the occupancy, room rates and profit by location.
