There is already a production facility working at Growler for the first 2 wells which are under an EPT at 200 bopd currently. The storage tanks are capable of 3000 barrels.

They mentioned that an upgrade will be required to cater for the increased flow. I know no further details than that. ITC for their share has a drawdown facility of 2mill so should well and truly cover any upgrade costs.
The oil flow will pay for it very quickly.
