    You will be able to get some more CNX for a cheaper price the longer you wait.

    I was wrong about the legal actions. Looked up eCourts. Seems there are 4, not 3, court cases underway. A lovely surprise for any prospective buyer doing their due diligence. My question is - what has been set aside in the accounts for this?
