Thanks for the heads up. I just had another look (see http://apps.courts.qld.gov.au/esearching/Results.aspx?Lastcompanyname=carbon+energy). Seems there are 5 cases of which one is dismissed and the injunction brought by Linc is recently adjourned. But might be only adjourned for a short time. These are in addition to the DERM ones against the company and Dash.

All up that leaves 5 active cases and 1 adjourned.

In most companies the shareholders need to see what provisions have been set aside for these because win or lose they all have big legal costs and you are bound to lose some of them.

Is it too much to ask for some guidance on the provisioning?
