Yes either option is available but one will cost WI which has the biggest potential to make IVZ holders very happy with a discovery. The other means some dilution but every % WI maintained would cover those costs many time over IMO.
My personal take is they should have done 3D ages ago because if 3D is to be done by anyone there will be no drilling here for many many months IMO even if the farm out comes soon.
Keeping as much WI should be the main aim for management, if they are truly very confident of their work and prospective numbers.
