Well now I have been digging into what is happening with the Zimbabwe parliament, inspired by @Davy Boy who previously posted the sitting days. Here's a link to the calendar for anyone who is interested:

2020/2021 Sitting Calendar

So there were 9 sitting days in Feb and 3 at the end of January. And the March dates which are of more interested to us are March 9,10 & 11; 16, 17 & 18; 23,24 & 25.

Then to finally add something new, I stumbled on this snippet:

"Both the Senate and the National Assembly will sit this afternoon, Tuesday 16th February, for their first working sittings of 2021 after their earlier token sitting in late January and early February, respectively."
"This year’s previous sittings were not working sittings. They lasted only a few minutes before concluding with an adjournment to 16th February."

I think that explains the delay. We thought they had sat for 9 days in February but had only sat for 3 days and I assume have quite a backlog to get through. So now they should be back to business as usual.
