I agree it won't start until the PSA is signed. Not so sure if they need to wait for the farm in but I think that's a moot point. As soon as they have the PSA, I expect the farm in will follow quickly. There is still time but they are cutting it fine. I'm so close to the edge of my seat, I'm nearly falling off!
