They are glacially slow and covid and the lockdown early this year would have exacerbated the situation. The parliament only resumed working sitting days in late Feb as I posted previously. I feel like this is like the marathon where you are about to enter the stadium to run the last 400m. Definitely not the time to give up now when the end is nearly in sight. imo

Plus while we are bored and frustrated with the wait, Scott has been working hard and it sounds like the company will be off to a running start once the agreements are in place. Also, as @Davy Boy previously posted, the delay has been beneficial from the perspective of the farm in. So a lot is obviously happening that we can't see.
