I guess the question to ask yourself is how low you think it is going to fall and how much you expect it to rise once the PSA is announced? Then is it worth the risk of missing out buying prior to the announcement just because you were trying to get it a cent or so cheaper? Some people have sold and are happy to move on. I am happy to be in and wouldn't want to be caught out. Up to the individual.
